Happy New Year! I hope everyone had a restful holiday break and is looking forward to 2025. I sent the first issue of Park Slope Times on January 12th, 2024 — Park Slope Times is almost ONE! Heading into year two, I’m considering making some tweaks and want to get your perspective as a first step. Would you be open to taking a quick reader survey for me? I’d love to learn more about you, why you’re here, and what you like/dislike about Park Slope Times so I can use that to inform my plans and goals. I’m excited to make some changes that will hopefully improve the newsletter in its second year.
The survey is anonymous, 23 questions, and should take you about 5 minutes. If you have time to share a bit about yourself and what you want from Park Slope Times, it would mean a lot!
Here’s a categorized roundup of everything I published in 2024 — the interviews I conducted, the local news stories I covered, the Park Slope guides I compiled (with your help!), the cultural pieces I sent out, the essay I wrote, and a handful of miscellaneous issues as well. I hope this helps you find things you may have missed or want to reread.

According to Substack, I published 50 newsletters in 2024. Can’t wait to see what 2025 brings. Thank you, as always, for reading.
